The building is conceptualised as a vertically stacked campus where floors are divided by theme and function rather than who owns them. The first and second floors are student spaces, the third floor is for staff, the fourth floor is designated to design and architecture subjects, the fifth floor will house support education and the sixth floor houses the laboratories.
